HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
All orders placed November 18th, 2024 - December 23rd, 2023 qualify for return by January 8th, 2025. All holiday return items must be unworn/unwashed with original packaging + tags. All holiday return items must be shipped back to Beauty Status by January 8th, 2025. All other regular Return Policy protocols apply, normal policy stated below. Questions? Return Policy - Updated July 18th, 2023

Due to our always changing inventory we allow a 14 day return policy which is effective starting on the delivery date of the order. All items must have original packaging, tags, etc., must be unworn and unwashed - in new condition. We have the right to refuse return if items do not include original packaging or if items seem worn, washed or in any condition other than new.

To make a return email us at Sales@BeautyStatusHky.com, please provide what items you are returning and how you would like to be compensated. We can return items for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. We will provide you with a return shipping address, buyer pays for return postage/shipping. Buyer is responsible for shipment in its entirety - we are not responsible for lost shipments. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Return shipments must be sent within 7 days of initiating a return through email, we will not accept returns beyond this time frame. If you cannot ship your return within 7 days of initiating via email, please let us know. We have the right to refuse a return if time is neglected.

When a return is made from an order shipped for free ($100+ US / $250+ CAN), and the amount of the subtotal is below threshold, we will charge for shipping cost as the order no longer qualifies for free shipping. When a return is made for all items which shipped for free, shipping fee will be deducted from the total purchase amount based upon weight of shipment.

Beauty Status Hockey Co. is not liable for the following; packages which are "undelivered" as claimed by customer, which also have valid confirmed delivery confirmation via order tracking information - customers must inform us within 72 hours of missing orders which are marked as delivered within tracking information, we reserve the right to deny reshipment if the customer does not inform us after 72 hours of delivery. In the event your order's tracking information shows as delivered and the customer did not receive their order, please reach out to your local post office with your tracking information, they will be able to assist. In addition: customer mistakes within address entry upon order submission. If your order arrives back to port of shipment after first shipping attempt as "no such address" or "undeliverable", additional shipping cost will apply to the order for reshipment. For best and timely service, contact the deliver carrier regarding your order, they will be able to assist further.

We seek to provide the customer with accurate product photos, lighting can vary from photo to photo. Multiple photos are provided to show the product in different lighting. Beauty Status is not liable for return shipping cost if and when the customer disagrees with the product photo displayed and the actual product. If you believe you have received a defective product, all defective claims must be initiated via email within 48 hours of order delivery by sending a claim to Sales@BeautyStatusHky.com, include photos of the defected product. We reserve the right to refuse return/exchange for defective claims. Our fulfillment team pays very close attention to detail, items shipped should arrive without defects.
